What is SYNRGY360?

SYNRGY360 Small Group Training is a 30-minute exercise session under the guidance and supervision of a Certified Personal Trainer. This offers you a chance to interface with a Personal Trainer at a very affordable price. You will participate in a program with a maximum of 4 participants, performing a timed interval, total body, functional training workout. SYNRGY360 is designed to accommodate all levels of fitness, from the beginner to the experienced exerciser. Life Fitness pioneered the SYNRGY360 concept to provide inspirational fitness experiences to an increasingly diverse audience of exercisers. SYNRGY360 is about more than just working out; this revolutionary concept provides limitless opportunities to train smarter, better and more effectively. The SYNRGY360 full-body training nerve center is tailored to serve a broad scope of exerciser goals and incorporate the latest fitness trends. SYNRGY360 Small Group Training incorporates the use of many of the latest fitness tools to challenge and motivate you to the next level of fitness:

Due to COVID-19 we have enhanced our cleaning protocols, each participant is spaced 8 feet apart and does not share equipment.

PERSONAL TRAINING:

Your Personal Trainer is your coach, role model, educator and motivator.

They are there for you whether you want constant supervision 2 or 3 times a week (60 minute or 30 minute sessions) or only on occasion to update your exercise program. Personal attention during exercise is the primary function of personal trainers. Clients are given a detailed orientation that addresses the cardiovascular, strength and flexibility components of the exercise program. They are educated in the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training as well as proper and safe use of equipment. More and more people are working with Personal Trainers because they offer a practical and affordable means of getting and staying in shape.

Rates vary for each trainer based upon availability, experience and time.
