Colonial GX SCHEDULE 2021

Live classes have returned in the safest class environment possible.  No preregistration necessary at this time, but it’s First Come-First Serve!

It Takes A Village!  Classes will remain on the schedule providing attendance is adequate.  Classes of 2 or less will not be held.

  • Safe Social Distancing with participants’ spots marked on the floor
  • Spin bikes safely spaced apart
  • Limited class numbers give plenty of room in studios
  • Cleaning and sanitizing after every class with member help

 


We offer some of the best group exercise classes in the area. With your membership, you’ll have access to free classes all week long! We offer almost 90 classes per week that are included in your membership, plus specialty programs like Yoga, GRIT, and Small Group Personal Training. Find your rhythm with Zumba, release your inner warrior with TKO/Bag, or balance your body and mind with Les Mills BodyFlow.  We also offer Les Mills BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyStep and Core (formerly CXWorx). Colonial Fitness instructors are certified professionals who take continuing credits in health and fitness and are committed to our members’ success.
