- Match times are: 6:15 PM, 7:35 PM, 8:50 PM.
- The cost is $33.00 / team for each match played.
- 6 players are to play per team.
- All leagues will be filled on a first come basis.

| - A $75.00 entry fee MUST be paid to enter a team into the league. This fee pays for the playoffs of the league. | |
| - A team roster must be completed (including all names and telephone numbers). | |
| - Entries must be brought into the gym. You can fax your entry form to Flying Hills and mail your entry fee, if you're not able to come in. | |
| - The deadline for sign ups will be on Monday, April 5, 2010. | |
| FREE WEEK OF PRACTICE..... April 5 - 9 (6:15 PM - 9:00 PM) | |
| *Teams can sign up for Monday night practice time for only $5.00 / team. | |
