Millicent "Mitch" Huggett
Mitch is a Certified Personal Trainer, wife, mother and soon to be grandmother. She is 53 years young and in better shape now than in her 30’s. When Mitch hit the 40-year mark in life she came to the realization that it was time to get her body back in shape. She joined a gym, began to do some cardio classes and a few resistance machines, but wasn’t getting the results she had hoped for. Mitch realized that if she wanted to get real results she had to get help from someone who knew what they were doing. As a result, she hired a trainer, took his advice to heart and began to see the results of her hard work.
Mitch decided that she would like to work with others that were having the same problems she had when she started. She studied, trained and became certified. She began her career at a private personal training facility and then at CHB Sports, where she has been employed for the past four years, first a Wyomissing Health Club and then at Colonial Fitness.
On a personal note, Mitch is married to a great guy named Michael and has two children, Ricky 34 and Stephanie 31.
