Flying Hills Fitness Children's Activity Center
The CHB Sports, Inc. Children's Centers are short-term care facilities for infants through 12 years old. Parents are welcome to use the centers while participating in activities at the fitness center. These are NOT licensed childcare facilities, but an effort is made to maintain a ratio of 1 staff member to 10 children. Our goal is to provide all children a safe environment in which to play. And also create a fun program through a variety of activities that meet the needs of children and infants (including changing/bottle feeding) by a responsible and caring staff member.
Guidelines:
Before children are allowed into the Children's Centers, a parent or an adult is required to provide information on the sign in/out form and pay the amount due. This money is used for the general maintenance of the centers. Unless previous arrangements have been made, children will NOT be released to anyone other than the person who signed them in.
All items (diaper bags, bottles, cups, etc.) brought into the center should be labeled with the child's name. Children's Center staff will not be responsible for items that become lost or broken.
A snack is provided once during each shift. If a snack is sent in by parents, it will be given to the child during group snack time. Staff will NOT spoon feed infants or toddlers.
A variety of toys are available for the children. Videos (G rated), children's TV programming and cartoons will be shown in the centers. Additional activities such as crafts and games will be provided at the discretion of the staff members.
Unacceptable behavior and language are not permitted in the centers.
Children are NOT permitted in the center if they have tested positive for any infectious disease. These children should not return to the center until they have tested negative and/or until medical treatment has been completed. For the well-being of the other children and staff, please do not use the centers when a child is ill.
