We offer some of the best group exercise classes in the area. With your membership, you’ll have access to free classes all week long! We offer almost 90 classes per week that are included in your membership, plus specialty programs like Yoga, GRIT, and Small Group Personal Training. Find your rhythm with Zumba, release your inner warrior with TKO/Bag, or balance your body and mind with Les Mills BodyFlow.  We also offer Les Mills BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyStep and CX Worx. Colonial Fitness instructors are certified professionals who take continuing credits in health and fitness and are committed to our members’ success. ZONE TEAM TRAINING–SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

HIIT, BOOT CAMP, AND FUNCTIONAL TRAINING MAKE UP THE “ZONE”…

Take your workouts to another lever by getting into your Fat Burning Zone, maintaining your target heart rate and train hard for short bursts of time, interspersed with rest intervals of light cardio.  People love HIIT because it keeps your heart rate up, burns more fat in less time making it a very efficient workout.

Your coach will guide you through a safe, effective total-body workout.  Learn how to effectively use kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX Suspension trainers, your own body weight and so much more!

Each session is approximately 30 minutes.

SYNRGY360

We were the first in Berks to introduce the LifeFitness Synrgy360 Workout!  Get maximum results with a full-body workout that incorporates cardio and strength training in less than an hour!  Challenge yourself with this small group training workout, get the guidance and support from a certified personal trainer and benefit from sharing the session with others (usually 8-10 maximum) with lower fees per session.  For more information on session times and availability, please contact eforry@chbsports.com.  This is a fee based class.

This energizing and challenging flow style class will help you work up a sweat and focus your mind to get you ready for your busy day ahead.  This is a fee-based class.
