We offer almost 90 classes per week that are included in your membership, plus specialty programs like Yoga, GRIT, and Small Group Personal Training. Find your rhythm with Zumba, release your inner warrior with TKO/Bag, or balance your body and mind with Les Mills BodyFlow.  We also offer Les Mills BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyStep and CX Worx, and now Les Mills BARRE. Colonial Fitness instructors are certified professionals who take continuing credits in health and fitness and are committed to our members’ success.
